Restorative Yoga with Reiki & Sound Healing Workshop

In Restorative yoga we allow the body to rest in postures fully supported by props so that there are fewer messages running from the muscles and bones through the central nervous system. This allows not only the body to relax, but also allow the brain to recharge. 

Bringing the body fully into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), allows adrenaline and cortisol to subside, boosting all other functions of the body, including the immune system.

As you rest in these postures, Sri will provide both sound healing and mini Reiki treatments to each participant.
