This Roll Model® Method class targets the areas where we most often store stress - head, neck, jaw, and shoulders. Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, you’ll learn self-massage techniques that melt away tension, improve posture, and restore ease through the upper body.

Through guided rolling sequences and mindful breath practices, we’ll focus on unwinding the physical and mental tightness that builds up - especially during the busy holiday season. Class closes with down-regulation and a restful savasana, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease from head to heart.
