This is the zoom session which runs at the same time as the in-person session. 
You will receive the link when you register for class. We encourage you to have a mat, bolster, 2 blocks and a strap. If you do not have these items, there are many household items that can be used instead. For example; a firm pillow or couch cushion, a stack of books, or a scarf.

Start your Friday morning with a refreshing, all-levels yoga class designed to stretch, strengthen, and reset your body and mind. 

Whether you've been practicing for years or are just starting, this class offers movement variations to meet you where you are, leaving you feeling energized and ready to embrace the weekend. Focus on breathwork, gentle movements, and mindful stretching to release tension, build both mental and physical flexibility and resilience, and create a calm sense of balance. 

Come as you are, and leave feeling rejuvenated for the days ahead.
