Join Alex Argo and Jess Fairclough for this gentle practice intended to clear mental noise and create physical space for deeper self awareness and acceptance.
Alex will guide students through a meditative practice of yin yoga postures to honor the coming spring, while Jess offers reiki energy work. Reiki is completely optional. When Yin is combined with Reiki, a healing energy is channeled, promoting a state of deep relaxation and calmness.
The practice will conclude with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation, intended to ease students into a state of deep rest and rejuvenation.
This 90-minute workshop is accessible for all levels, all bodies, and all abilities. Space is limited to allow for individualized attention.
