Join Śri for a heart opening practice in the comfort of community, connecting with compassion for any hurts the heart may hold while opening up to the possibility of experiencing true love inside oneself that isn't contingent on anything external.
This workshop will include:
* a guided meditation and intention setting ritual for aligning with our truest self.
* gentle yoga and breathwork focused on opening and protecting the heart
* crystal bowl sound bath while relaxing in restorative postures
